He was hired for a short-term, mainly in the form of an 'unregistered hired doctor', was given an electronic medical record code in the name of the hospital director, and treated and issued prescriptions in the name of the hospital director.

It was investigated that Mr. A, who had even performed surgical operations without a license, made a medical accident while drinking and reached an urgent agreement.

Mr. A's fake doctor was revealed when a hospital official who was suspicious of Mr. A's medical behavior requested the police to investigate.

In the police investigation, Mr. A's claim that he hid the fact that he had no license, saying "his medical license was revoked," was also found to be false through supplementary investigations such as seizure and search by the prosecution and account tracking.

The prosecution revealed Mr. A's forgery and exercise of doctor's license for the last 8 years (October 2014 to December 2022), and unlicensed orthopedic medical practice, and handed Mr. A to trial on the 2nd.

An official from the prosecution said, “If some hospitals hire short-term or large-scale doctors but do not register or report the hired doctors, they treat patients under the name and license code of a doctor other than the doctor who actually treated the patient, and prescriptions are issued, adversely affecting public health. "To prevent a recurrence, we plan to suggest institutional improvements to the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korean Medical Association, such as the need for a full investigation of the current situation and the disclosure of information related to doctor's licenses," he said.
