A court sentenced a suspended prison sentence to gang members who assaulted a teenager who wanted to quit gang life.

According to the legal community today (5th), Daegu District Court Detective 4 (Judge Kim Dae-hyun) was charged with assaulting A (16) group (violation of the Act on Punishment, such as Violence) for saying that he would quit living in a gang. (19) and C (20) were each sentenced to 8 months in prison and 2 years probation, and probation was ordered.

The incident began in mid-February when A went to visit B, a member of a local gangster in Chilgok, whom he usually knew, saying, "I want to try a gangster."

To A, who came to visit him, Mr. B taught him how to behave when meeting seniors, how to call seniors, and how to deal with attacks from other organizations.

However, a few days later, A sent a text message to Mr. B, saying, “Brother, I want to quit my life,” and conveyed his intention to quit living in a gang.

Then, the next day, Mr. B called out Mr. A, made him stand with his hands behind his back, and assaulted his face 15 times.

Member C, who was present at the time, also assaulted A's face five times with his fist.

To Mr. B and Mr. C, who stood in court, the judge pointed out, "The motive for the crime is poor and the degree of injury suffered by the victim is not light."

However, he revealed the reason for the sentencing, saying, "The defendants acknowledged the crime and the victim agreed amicably."
