A man in his 30s who threatened with a knife because his lover refused to have sex was sentenced to probation.



According to the legal community on the 27th, the 3rd detective of the Daejeon District Court (presiding judge Oh Myung-hee) sentenced Mr. A (32), who was charged with special injury and special threat, to 1 year in prison and 2 years probation.

Mr. A asked Mr. B to have sex at 1 am on November 1 at the house of victim B (28, female) in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. It's full.  



During this process, Mr. A placed a pillow on Mr. B's neck, stepped on it, and stunned him. When Mr. B woke up, he was accused of assaulting him again with his weapon.



Previously, Mr. A was drunk and asleep at Mr. B's house around 6:00 pm on October 10, and when Mr. B told him to leave the house, he got angry and argued, brought a weapon, cursed at him, and threatened to kill him. .



The judge explained, "The guilt is not light by carrying dangerous objects to threaten and injure the victim, who is in a romantic relationship."



He said, "It seems that he had the opportunity to deeply reflect during the detention period of about two months."
