The story of Koreans who went on a tour to New York State, USA and got stuck in the snow, had an unforgettable Christmas weekend.

On the 23rd local time, a van carrying 9 Korean tourists fell into a ditch in Williamsville, New York, on its way from Washington to Niagara Falls.

At the time, New York State was hit by a winter storm, and more than 1m of snow fell.

Those who were stranded knocked on the door of a nearby house to borrow a shovel, and the landlord, Mr. and Mrs. Campana, guided nine Korean tourists into the house instead of lending a shovel.

Surprisingly, there were all kinds of Korean ingredients at home, such as soy sauce, red pepper paste, and sesame oil, as well as kimchi and an electric rice cooker.

The Campana couple were K-Food fans.

It is said that they made and ate Korean food together, such as stir-fried pork, and had a special Christmas by sharing stories with each other.

Mr. Campana said about the visit of unexpected guests, 'It was a very enjoyable time, I wanted to go to Korea'.
