A taekwondo gym in Gyeonggi-do.

Mr. A, who sent his two elementary school daughters to this dojo, heard shocking news on the 15th.

It is said that the two daughters and another student confessed to the school counselor that they were "harassed by the Taekwondo director."

[Mr. A/Parent of victim child: I am a friend who goes to Taekwondo school together, and I found out that the counselor said that he was being molested

by the Taekwondo director, and that my sisters were also molested.]

Director Jang went on to arrest Mr. B in his 30s.

The police, who were aware of the crime, arrested the suspect who was running a taekwondo gym here after an ambush and took him to the police station.

As a result of the police investigation, it was revealed that Mr. B first started the crime against the older sister of his two daughters last July, and molested his younger brother shortly after.

The crime scene was all inside the taekwondo gym, and the crime was committed after class was over and other inmates were sent.

At the time of the crime, Mr. B told the children, “I am doing this because I love you” and “If you inform your parents, there will be an uproar.”

Mr. B later continued the crime against another elementary school student attending the same school as her sister.

[Mr. A/Parent of victim child: My heart keeps beating, I'm anxious, and I can't sleep.

Tears keep flowing.

Because I think that the kids suffered like that...

The police, who expanded the investigation after arresting Mr. B, confirmed one additional victim.

All four victims were elementary school students under the age of 13.

[Mr. A/Parent of victim child: The children say that they want the perpetrator to be severely punished, and that they want to be notified so that they don't come back around...

The police recently handed over the case to the prosecution while detaining Mr. B on charges of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence and Crimes.
