the documents inside the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency obtained by SBS, the police actions were taken by time period from the night of the 29th of last month, when the Itaewon disaster occurred, to the dawn of the next day, the morning of the 30th.

The most notable among these is the arrival time of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency Commissioner Kim Kwang-ho.

The document states that Commissioner Kim arrived at the scene at 0:25 a.m. on the 30th.

This is 2 hours and 10 minutes after the first incident report was received by the fire department.

Deputy Chief of the National Police Agency, Woo Jong-su, was listed as arriving at the Itaewon Police Box at 2:30 a.m., two more hours later.

It was confirmed that the time when the head of the Yongsan Police Station, who had previously commanded the scene, first reported the incident to Commissioner Kim, was 11:36 pm, 1 hour and 21 minutes after the disaster.

The Commissioner of the National Police Agency received the first report by phone from the 1st situation officer of the National Police Agency only at 0:14, past midnight.

From the first report of the accident to the arrival of the police commander at the scene, there was an incomprehensible delay.

Perhaps for this reason, Minister of Public Administration and Security Lee Sang-min, who oversees the police, first learned of the disaster through a text message from the Ministry of Public Administration and Security rather than a police report.

It is 11:20 p.m., one hour and five minutes after the accident.

Even the presidential office did not receive the first report from the then Minister of Public Administration and Security or the police.

Lee Jae-myung, deputy spokesperson for the presidential office, said, "38 minutes after the accident, at 10:53 p.m., the Fire Service Situation Room reported the accident to the Presidential Office State Affairs Situation Room, and reported it to the president at 11:01 p.m."

It is said that the Minister of Public Administration and Security was aware of the incident 19 minutes later than the President.

It became difficult to avoid being pointed out that the national command reporting system did not work properly.
