I applied for 84 m², which has the highest probability of getting a house with a sea view.



But recently, I heard from other applicants that the layout of the apartment has changed.

The rear building, which has the largest floor plan and is expensive, comes out with a front seat overlooking the sea, and the sea view building has been relocated to the rear.



Although construction has not started yet, it is a site where 1,000 apartment units will be built in 2027.



In terms of the layout of the building, where I am located is the ocean view that corresponds to the building in front.



This apartment has direct sea views in front.



However, Mr. A is now more likely to get a house that faces the wall of the building instead of this house with a sea view.
