Main suspect in the death of Lola, 12, Dahbia B. intrigues the investigators.

Who is this 24-year-old Algerian who allegedly murdered the teenager?

The young woman was not unknown to the police.

Indeed, she had received an Obligation to leave French territory (OQTF) last August.

But Dahbia B. never left.

Five days after the murder of young Lola, politicians call for the responsibility of the executive.

The Republicans and the National Rally have denounced the laxity of its migration policy.

Indeed, the alleged murderer was subject to an OQTF (obligation to leave French territory) and should have left the territory for at least a month.

Except that this notice requirement was not applied.

It was during a check at Orly airport on August 21 that the police came across the alleged murderer of young Lola.

Dahbia B., seeks to join a friend abroad.

The only problem?

She has no plane ticket or valid identity papers.

The police therefore note his irregular situation: his residence permit has expired since May 2019.

Dahbia B. had to reach Algeria by her own means

She was arrested and the services of the Ministry of the Interior notified her of an obligation to leave French territory.

But as she has no criminal record, she is not placed in an administrative detention center to be deported.

He is therefore given a period of 30 days, as the law provides, to leave the country and reach Algeria by his own means.
