A man in his 50s, who had been indicted without detention for trespassing into the house of his ex-lover, was arrested in court after it was revealed that he had been stalking for two years during the trial.

On the 19th, Judge Kim Taek-seong, the 2nd independent criminal of the Seoul Central District Court, arrested Mr. A (57), who was on trial for trespassing.

On March 14, Mr. A was handed over to trial without detention on charges of trespassing into the victim's former lover's officetel.

A denied the allegations, saying that he entered with the victim's permission, and the prosecution conducted a witness interrogation against the victim to confirm the facts.

In the process, the victim confessed that he had been continuously stalked by Mr. A.

After getting to know Mr. A, he was forced to meet several times over the past two years, and he was harassed by assault or frequent visits and phone calls because he did not like him.

The victim appealed for severe punishment, saying, "I do not want to meet again," saying that "A" was strangled and filed a complaint to the police even after being charged with a house trespassing case.

After the victim's witness interrogation was over, the prosecution requested the court to conduct an interrogation for the arrest of A.

The court accepted the opinion of the prosecution and immediately issued an arrest warrant, and Mr. A was imprisoned.

The sentencing of Mr. A will be made on the 17th of the next month.
