A woman in her 50s who threatened a high school student she had never seen on the subway with a weapon was arrested by the police.



The Incheon Gyeyang Police Station announced today (16th) that they are investigating the arrest of a woman in her 50s on charges of special intimidation.



According to the police, Mr. A is accused of approaching high school student B (16), who was sitting in his seat on the train that passed the operation station of Incheon Subway Line 1, in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon around 8:20 pm the day before and threatened with her weapon.



It was investigated that Mr. A was holding her weapon, and she was yelling and threatening to group B, saying, "Get out of your seat before you kill.



The police dispatched after receiving a report from Group B arrested Mr. A, who got off the train and ran away from the ticket gate of Gyesan Station as a current criminal.



The police will investigate the details of the incident based on CCTV and eyewitness statements.



Fortunately, there were no casualties.



A police official said, "Mr. A is talking gibberish, so she is going to be hospitalized and treated by her."
