The Ministry of Justice recently issued a suspension of one month and reprimands to the Incheon District Prosecutor's Office A and Busan High Prosecutor's Office B, respectively, who were caught driving under the influence.
Test A was caught by the authorities in January while driving a 20km section drunk with a blood alcohol content of 0.107%.
In the B test last December, with a blood alcohol level of 0.044%, he was caught driving under the influence of alcohol for about 11 km.
The Ministry of Justice also reprimanded Prosecutor C of the Cheongju District Prosecutors' Office for not disposing of the case forwarded during the investigation process by the completion date of the statute of limitations.
