Today (31st) at 3:42 pm, an explosion occurred at the SK Geocentric Polymer Plant in Nam-gu, Ulsan.
The fire department received a report that black smoke was being generated along with the sound of an explosion, and was dispatched to respond.
Fire officials said four people with burns have been identified so far.
