Ssangyong Motor, which is undergoing corporate rehabilitation procedures, has been approved by the court for its rehabilitation plan.
The Seoul Rehabilitation Court's Rehabilitation Division 1 held a meeting of stakeholders and approved Ssangyong Motor's rehabilitation plan.
The procedure for the acquisition of Ssangyong Motor by the KG Consortium was completed today (26th) by a court decision.
The KG consortium has paid 365.5 billion won in total to Ssangyong Motor so far.
The rehabilitation court said that it will close the rehabilitation procedure as soon as the debt is paid according to the rehabilitation plan.
