Inha University has launched a disciplinary procedure against a male student in connection with an on-campus death.



Inha University announced that it had requested the dean of the university for disciplinary action for a first-year student named A, who was arrested on charges of quasi-rape and murder in accordance with Article 50 of the School Regulations.



According to the regulations, there are four disciplinary measures: probation, fixed-term suspension, indefinite suspension, and expulsion. At present, expulsion seems the most likely.



Expulsion measures are decided by the student reward and punishment committee after deliberation by the reward and punishment committee of the college to which Mr. A belongs and the recommendation of the dean, and the president decides.
