“A universal vaccine has been developed for the immunoprophylaxis of smallpox, including topical strains of monkeypox,” the agency’s press service quoted TASS as saying.
It is noted that preparations are underway for preclinical studies of the effectiveness of the vaccine.
Earlier it became known that FMBA specialists have developed a test system for the detection of monkeypox.
