Meanwhile, the prosecution requested that Mr. Lee be treated for symptoms of schizophrenia from around September 2020 and that he is refusing treatment even though he suffered from psychotic symptoms accompanied by delusions or hallucinations, but the court did not accept it.



The court said, "The defendant received treatment for suspected schizophrenia one year and four months before the judgment in this case was sentenced. "It is difficult to see the accused as mentally or physically handicapped," he said.
