The current companion of Cédric Jubillar, 44 years old and placed in police custody since Wednesday morning for "concealing a corpse" is still being questioned by the gendarmes Thursday as part of the investigation into the disappearance of Delphine a year ago Jubillar.

Investigators have until 7 a.m. on Friday to release or indict her.

The custody of the companion of Cédric Jubillar continued this Thursday.

She is being questioned by the gendarmes as part of the investigation into the disappearance a year ago of Delphine Jubillar, a nurse from Tarn, according to a source close to the investigation.

This 44-year-old woman was arrested on Wednesday around 7 a.m. in her house near Albi, where she lives with her son, a friend of Cédric Jubillar.

We will know at the end of the custody for "concealment of a corpse", no later than Friday 7 am, if she is indicted or released.

"She did not participate in any way in the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar," said her lawyer Johann Ricci.

Cédric Jubillar, main suspect

"She is very weakened psychologically by the outpouring of hatred, she has received threats of death, of hatred. The pressure of police custody will be difficult to manage for her", he added, specifying that she had filed a complaint several months ago for "public insult" and "defamation".

In this case, the main suspect is Cédric Jubillar. His wife Delphine disappeared a year ago and it was he who alerted the gendarmes. He denies any involvement in the disappearance of the mother of their 2 and 7 year old children. The Jubillar couple were going through a divorce. Cédric Jubillar was indicted for intentional homicide and imprisoned in the Seysses remand center, near Toulouse, on June 18. Investigators suspect him of having killed his wife and then made the body disappear.

In this investigation without a body, confession or material evidence, the gendarmes of the Toulouse research section heard from more than 200 people, in particular the owners of all the phones who were in the area at the time of the disappearance.

They think they have enough clues to implicate Cédric Jubillar.

A white march in tribute to Delphine Jubillar, organized by her relatives, will take place on Sunday afternoon in Cagnac-les-Mines.
