At dawn today (16th) at a pub in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, a man in his 20s was arrested after beating other customers in a drunken state and arguing with the police and violently resisting the policeman.

The Seocho Police Station in Seoul is investigating a 21-year-old man A without detention on charges of assault.

Person A is charged with assault, including grabbing two other men who were arguing in the pub bathroom around 0:40 a.m. and knocking them down.

It is said that a quarrel began with Mr. A, who heard a conversation saying, "Who has vomited in the bathroom?" and said, "I didn't do it."

The police officer, who was dispatched after receiving the victim's report, asked for an ID and tried to receive a statement, but Mr. A did not respond, swearing and spitting on the floor.

There were strong protests, such as shoving a police officer in the face.

The police used a stun gun to subdue Mr. A in the process of arresting the current offender.

The stun gun is a function that gives an electric shock by taking a cartridge containing live ammunition from the taser gun and placing it on the body.

A police official said, "After the investigation into the suspect has been completed, the victims will be summoned for investigation soon."
