A delivery driver in his 20s who sent messages such as 'Eat deliciously' when his ex-girlfriend ordered food for delivery was charged with violating the Stalking Punishment Act.

According to the police today (15th), delivery driver A is accused of sending a message saying 'Eat deliciously' along with the details when victim B ordered food through a delivery application at around 8 o'clock last night.

The victim reported to the police because he was afraid that Mr. A would come for food delivery.

According to the police, Mr. A did not intend to go to the victim at the time, and it is known that he contacted him when an order for delivery to Mr. B's residence was placed on the delivery app he used.

Delivery drivers using the same app can see all delivery order requests in nearby areas.

On the other hand, because of stalking in the past, Mr. A was being subjected to interim measures such as prohibition of access within 100m around Mr. B and prohibition of access using the phone.
