Police investigating the allegation of 'Daejang-dong development/lobby preference' completed a cell phone forensic by Yoo Dong-gyu, former head of the planning division of Seongnam Urban Development Corporation.
The Gyeonggi Nambu Police Agency's dedicated investigation team announced that former general director Yoo had completed all digital forensics on the mobile phone that was thrown out of the window during the search and seizure of the prosecution's residence on September 29th.
At the time of the home search and seizure, former general manager Yoo tried to cover up by throwing his cell phone out the window of his residence on the 9th floor.
The police are said to have checked the contents of the phone call log and the number and transmission of text messages, as well as the contents of Telegram.
In the beginning, Yoo's side did not provide the Telegram password, leading to suspicions of concealment.
The police said, "The analysis will be shared with the prosecution soon."
