At around 4:50 pm on the 15th, in a villa in Incheon, a man in his 40s wielded a knife at three family members downstairs who were having a conflict due to noise between floors. It was confirmed as a result of SBS coverage that he went out of the building without trying.

According to the victim's family, one of the two police officers dispatched at the time was talking to the victim A outside the villa, and the other was listening to a statement from A's wife and daughter inside the villa.

At this time, the suspect appeared and wielded a weapon, but the victim's family claims that the police did not subdue it or protect the victim and fled.

The police went out to request rescue and assistance, and later explained that the common front door was locked and the action was delayed.

The police arrested the suspect, a man in his 40s, on charges of attempted murder and are investigating whether the measures of the dispatchers were insufficient.
