[At the time Witness: The police just pushed the chest with their hands. I sat down and dragged out again, sat down and dragged out, pushed and hit my head, and it was just like this.]

Two years ago, I got into a drunken accident and even tried to change the driver, and even after being sentenced to probation, he committed another crime.

The police applied for an arrest warrant for Jang on five counts, including violating the Road Traffic Act, injury, and obstruction of the execution of official duties.

It is said that aggravated punishment is necessary as it has caused repeated drinking-related illegal acts.

Prior to the warrant substantive examination, which was scheduled to be held this morning, Mr. Jang gave up the interrogation saying, "I will receive the punishment for my wrongdoing."

The court, which held the hearing without Jang not present, made a decision to arrest him in about 30 minutes.

The police are also investigating Jang's passenger on charges of aiding driving without a license, and they plan to hand them over to the prosecution soon.
