Two executives of Optimus affiliates, including Haeduk Powerway, who were involved in fraudulent fraud of the 1 trillion won Optimus Asset Management Fund, were arrested.

Seoul Central District Court, Chang-Hoon Choi, Deputy Chief Justice of the Seoul Central District Court, held a substantive examination of the warrant of arrest for former CEO of Hadeok Powerway, former CEO of Hadeok Powerway, Mo Kang Mo, general director of Haeduk Powerway's subsidiary Sebotech, and Chairman of M Company, M Company. In the evening, arrest warrants were issued for former CEO Park and President Oh.

Deputy Judge Choi said to the two, "There is a vocation for the allegations, and the illegality of the conduct and the result of the illegality are serious, and the interests are contradictory." "In the point that the company cannot return to its original position just to compensate for the damage after the death. The reason and necessity of arrest are acknowledged,” he revealed the reason for issuing a warrant.

On the other hand, general director Kang said, "It is difficult to admit that there is a risk of fleeing or destroying evidence in view of the statement of the investigative agency of the suspect, the command and role in the relationship of an accomplice, the location of the embezzlement money, housing and family relations, etc." Rejected.

In May, former CEO Park received a loan of 13.3 billion won in the name of Haeduck Powerway as collateral, handed it over to Kim Jae-hyun, CEO of Optimus, and was accused of deducting the capital increase from Hwasung Industries, the largest shareholder of Haeduck Powerway.

The prosecution believes that former CEO Park conspired with CEO Kim and spent 13.3 billion won to stop the Optimus Fund.

General Director Kang and Chairman Oh are suspected of misusing Sebotech funds and using them for the acquisition of shares of Chairman M Company.

The prosecution plans to continue the investigation, including confirming whether any further crimes were committed against them.
