A military vehicle was the victim of a serious road accident in the Aisne, after having struck the central slide of a national road.
A soldier was seriously injured and helicoptered, while his three comrades were more lightly injured.
At 7.40 am this Thursday morning, a military vehicle carrying 4 soldiers was the victim of a serious road accident on the RN2 in the Aisne, near Etouvelles.
According to the first elements of the investigation, the military vehicle, which was going to Soissons on a security mission as part of Operation Sentinel, wanted to overtake a heavy vehicle.
But when the track narrowed, the vehicle struck the central slide.
4 soldiers of the sentinel force injured in the early morning in an accident on the RN2 south of Laon (Etouvelles).
They are taken care of, with an evacuation by helicopter in Amiens.

A soldier is seriously injured, he was taken by helicopter to Amiens hospital with a vital prognosis.
Three other soldiers are more lightly wounded, hospitalized in Laon.
They all belong to the 515th train regiment based near Angoulême.
