On the other hand, Mr. B, a man in his 40s, who was imprisoned on the same charges, was known to have argued that "drinking aid charges are acknowledged, but teachers do not," with the aim of "I can't remember being drunk."

The prosecution applied the so-called'Yoon Chang-ho Act' to both A and B. This is the first case that the'Yoon Chang-ho Act' was applied to a passenger in a drunk vehicle.
