The Central Defense Response Headquarters announced that as of 0 o'clock on the 24th, the number of new corona19 confirmed cases in Korea increased by 125 to a cumulative 23,341.
Out of 125 people, 110 people occurred locally and 15 people came from abroad.
The number of new confirmed cases was three digits for two consecutive days following the previous day (110).
As the spread of Corona 19 declined this month, the number of new confirmed cases per day remained double digits: 82, 70, and 61 for three consecutive days on the 20th to 22nd, but the previous day rose to 100.
Earlier, the number of newly confirmed cases in Korea recorded three digits for 37 consecutive days from August 14th to the 19th of this month, when the collective infection in the metropolitan area began in earnest.
It soared to 441 people on the 27th of last month, but gradually decreased to 300 people and 200 people, and from the 3rd to the 19th, it was 100 people for 17 consecutive days.
