The police in their 40s caught a scythe on a passerby after drinking alcohol.
The Bucheon Ohjeong Police Station is arresting and investigating 46-year-old A on charges of special injury.
Mr. A is suspected of threatening and hurt 61-year-old Mr. B with a sickle in front of a shopping mall in Wonjong-dong, Ojeong-gu, Bucheon-si, about 7:30 pm yesterday (15th).
It was found that Mr. A approached Mr. B while being drunk and threatened with a sickle.
Mr. B was injured in his neck and was taken to the hospital.
It was confirmed that Mr. B was a worker who worked near the scene of the incident and did not know Mr. A.
Mr. A was said to have told the police that the situation at that time was nothing remembered.
The police plan to identify Mr. A's exact case based on CCTV around the site and apply for a warrant for arrest.
