Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport is located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

Kwon Mo and her 27-month-old son who had been shopping here during the day on the 14th had a terrible experience.

[Mr. Kwon / Parent of the victim child: Suddenly, the child jumped and saw it, and there was something stuck here. I can't even scream and my child... .]

A middle school student who was playing darts at a game hall in a shopping mall threw a pin at the target, but the missing dart pin was stuck in the face of a child walking down the aisle outside the game hall.

The pin had to go through the child's mask and beneath the right eye, so the child had to be sutured.

This is the scene of the accident. This is a shopping mall passage where many people come and go, but there are several game machines that children love.

However, there were no safety barriers around the target, and there was no notice to warn.

[Game company officials: (Installation) There is no standard. There is no standard how to install it legally, but until we get there... .]

Immediately after the accident, the insurance company had to contact the game company to receive treatment, but Lotte Mall had no apology or contact for three days.

[Lotte Mall officials: Because we can't do compensation or anything like this. I'm afraid there will be confusion if we contact you too. .] Because the

contract is responsible for compensation, the game company has not been contacted.

If a game company compensates through an insurance company, the insurance company may also take responsibility for junior high school students who played darts.

The child is injured due to the insecurity of adults who are not equipped with safety facilities, and the junior high school students who simply enjoyed the game are in a situation where they are also responsible for compensation.
