A 40-year-old man was sentenced to imprisonment on charges of earning over 100 million won by quitting the job immediately after being employed with a false career.

Deputy Justice Bae Sung-joong, the 3rd criminal detective of the Seoul Central District Court, today (14th) sentenced Park, 47, who was accused of violating fraud and employment insurance laws, and sentenced him to two years in prison for one year in prison.

Mr. Park is accused of taking over 120 million won, including wages, from 61 companies for about five years from April 2014 to March of this year.

As a result of the prosecution investigation, Mr. Park repeated the job of deceiving the company after signing a labor contract by tricking the company into giving a resume with a false history. In addition, it was found that he had never worked for more than two months in one company, and he threatened the company to report to the Labor Office if he paid his wages or paid the wages one day after joining the company.

The court explained the reason for the sentence, "The amount of the exploitation was high, but the defendant took into account only the wages during the actual work period, and the crime was considered to be caused by psychological factors such as the social maladjustment of the defendant."
