The father, who wielded Jukdo to a man who threatened his daughter, was convicted in the first and second trials.

The Seoul High Court Detective Division 1 (Jun Jun-young Song Young-seung, Kang Sang-wook's deputy judge) sentenced Mr. Kim (49), who was charged with special injuries on the 29th, as innocent.

In September 2018, Kim was accused of injuring Lee Mo (39), a tenant in the same apartment building, and Song Mo (65), Lee's mother, as they were killed.

Kim was investigated in front of his house, watching Lee grabbed his arm while cursing his daughter and grabbed his arm and swung me out.

Mr. Song, who wrapped up his son, also struck.

During this process, Mr. Lee, who had fallen, broke the ribs.

In the first trial held by the National Participation Tribunal, the jury unanimously ruled that Mr. Kim's actions corresponded to 'immunity overdefense' under the criminal law.

This is a provision that stipulates not to punish as a self-defense in the case of 'acts caused by fear or embarrassment in an uneasy state such as at night'.

The jury also believed that Lee's rib fracture was not due to Kim's actions.

The first trial condemned Mr. Kim to reflect this jury's judgment.

The Court of Appeals also respected this.

The judiciary said, "After a strict selection process, a jury of conscientious citizens ruled that the defendant's actions were self-defense."
