A man in his 40s who stole a courier truck built in an apartment complex while being drunk was caught by the police in front of the National Assembly.
The Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul is currently arresting and investigating a male A in his 40s for theft and drunk driving around 1:40 am today (24th).
Mr. A is accused of stealing a courier truck that was built with a key in an apartment complex in Singil-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and driving about 1km to the front of the 3rd National Assembly building in Yeouido.
At the time of the crime, the courier was away to deliver the goods to the apartment complex.
