North Korean leader Kim Yeo-jung strongly criticized our government last night through a talk. It was Kim Yeo-jung's first official talk, and I was surprised to hear that we were concerned about the launching of the guns, and he did not hesitate to talk about the frightened dog.

Last night, Chosun Central News Agency reported that North Korean Labor Party leader Kim Yeo-jung delivered a talk entitled, "I'm Amazed at the Blue House's Poor Mindset."

The talk included a strong criticism of the Korean government, who expressed concern about North Korea, which fired two super-armor guns in the East Sea.

Kim, the first vice president, said in a talk, "We are not trained to threaten anyone."

"I'm really sorry for the South Blue House, and I heard that we were asking for a stop," he said. "We can't help but wonder."

Kim referred to South Korea's joint military training and criticized it as "unreasonable and poor thinking," saying, "They must be prepared for the military and we should not do military training."

This is the first time Kim has announced a talk.

As the first vice-president Kim, who served as a clue to the dialogue at the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics and actually acted as a special envoy to South Korea, gave a high-level discourse, there is an analysis that it will affect inter-Korean relations in the future.
