Mr. Jang is accused of operating a gifted center, intercepting 240 million won in state subsidies, and embezzling over 300 million won in gifted centers.

Zhang was sentenced to two years and six months in jail and one year and six months in appeal.

The Appeals Tribunal was guilty of Jang's pressure on the Samsung Group and the Korean Winter Sports Gifted Center for its donation and the misappropriation of the Gifted Center gift. Turned over to innocence.

Kim was sentenced to three years in prison for both first and second sentences.
