B, who left his brother in the facility, says he often saw bruises of unknown origin in his body.

Mr. B reported the facility to a disability advocacy agency in April when he heard the facility had tied up his brother's leg.

Facility officials, including Pastor A's wife, were fined for this, and in less than two months, the situation in the CCTV had taken place.

An official at the facility said Pastor A witnessed several handicaps.

Pastor A also testified to facility officials that if a person with a disability behaves abnormally, he will hit him.

The facility became a problem.

It is in operation now, but the closing process is underway as the Foundation decides to do so.

Pastor A insisted that physical contact was correct, but not hit.

Also denied that B was tied with his brother's leg.

The police handed Pastor A to the prosecution for alleged violations of the Disability Protection Act.
