The typhoon Francis, which occurred in the northern sea of Guam on Friday, passed Japan Kyushu, and its forces weakened considerably.

The typhoon that passed Kyushu landed in Busan at 8:20 pm last night.

However, it did not enter inland well, and it disappeared at 9 o'clock in the night and weakened by the tropical low pressure department.

As the typhoon disappeared, all of the typhoon warnings that were settled in the Yeongnam region were lifted.

Due to the typhoon, a lot of rain exceeded 100mm around Yeongnam coast, including 125mm in Ulsan, 122mm in Tohamsan in Gyeongju, and 117mm in Geumjeong in Busan.

In Ulsan, gusts of 25m per second maximum wind speed and 23m in Busan were blowing.

The typhoon has disappeared, but the tropical low-pressure section, which still has steam, is moving toward Gangwon-do.

The Korea Meteorological Administration estimates that there will be a lot of rain 200mm till tomorrow.

The east coast area of Gyeongbuk is also expected to have a rainfall of 50 ~ 150mm, and the rainfall in Yeongseo and Gyeongbuk inland will be 30 ~ 80mm more.

Especially in the East Coast region, strong winds of 20m per second may be blown, so it is necessary to pay attention to safety accidents until tomorrow when the tropical low pressure part completely goes out.
