Next, let's look at the typhoon coming up to the Korean peninsula. The eighth typhoon Francis is now approaching the south coast and sprinkling a lot of rain. I got a lot of people because of the holiday season. I'm a reporter for a newsletter at Busan Haeundae Beach.

Kim Duk-hyun, you think there's quite a lot of rain right there?

<Reporter>

Yes, there is a heavy rain that has started from daytime, and there is still a lot of rain pouring out of it.

The sea side of the beach is obscured by the whiteness and the waves are high.

As you can see, the wind has become so strong that it is not easy to shake your body.

The typhoon 'Francis' is expected to land at about 10 kilometers west of Busan at 9 o'clock in the hour after an hour and head north inland.

The maximum wind speed at the time of landing is estimated at 68 km / h, with a gust of 100 km.

Busan and some Gyeongnam areas on the right side of the typhoon are expected to be particularly affected. All three nearby patrols and coastal subway roads have been fully controlled since 4 pm as the onsen river in Busan, Dongrae province blows through the afternoon rain.

At seven beaches in the Busan area, which were crowded with people until daylight hours, all of the passengers were evacuated and their access was controlled.

The rain will be over by midnight and will continue until tomorrow. In some parts of the coast, more than 200 mm of rain has been predicted.

It will be accompanied by strong winds during the night, so we should not lose the tension for the time being while observing the weather conditions.
