Prosecutors investigating allegations of abuse of the judicial authority have searched the department of personnel affairs of the court administration office for the second time to obtain data related to the disadvantage of the judge.

Seoul Metropolitan Chief Prosecutor's Investigation Team (Chief Inspector, Han Dong-hoon, Deputy Director-General of Han Dong-hoon) presented a seizure search warrant to the head of the administrative department of the court administrative office and secured records related to personnel data of two suspects.

On June 6, the prosecution searched the Office of Personnel General Inspection to secure disadvantages related to allegations of blacklist of judges.

The prosecution is expanding the death toll on the basis of judge blacklist documents obtained from seizure search.

The prosecution recently requested the Office of the Court of Appeals to submit a "review of the personnel measures of the Yagi Yagi" and some 50 personnel of former and current judges before 2013, but has not yet received the data.

The court ruled that the prosecution has rejected the warrant for the judge, except for two of the judicial personnel data that requested the search warrant.

Blacklist documents from the year before 2013 were not issued a search warrant.

This document, which is known to have been prepared by the Office of the Supervisor General of the Administrative Office of the Supreme Court last year, was written for the purpose of reviewing the personnel measures for the judges who committed misdemeanors such as drunken driving ahead of the regular greetings every February. It is said that it also includes the judges who criticized the administration and certain judgments.
