A passenger car crashed into the sea in Gangneung, Gangwon Province on March 26, killing high school and going to college or killing just 10 to 5 people who had just begun to take off.
According to the police and the fire department, there was a report saying that "a car is off" in the sea near the coast of Kangnyeong-ri, Okgye-myeon, Gangneung-si around 6:31 am on the day.

In the accident, the fire department and the seafarers identified the vehicle being drifted, and rescued five people and moved to the hospital, but all died.
The death toll was confirmed by three men including Kim Mo (19, Donghae) and two women including Kim Mo (19, Wonju city).

The police identified all the dead teenagers as new-born college students born in 2000, but only one of them went on to college in the process of confirming the rest, and the remainder were confirmed as a social year-old.

The car was found to be borrowed from 4 am to 7 pm near the Donghae Express Bus Terminal.
Police say they borrowed a car and drove to Gangneung.

The wreath was built in 1998 as a coastal road very close to the sea.
It is good to drive and appreciate the sea, but the problem of high accident risk has been raised.

The seafarers are investigating the situation by collecting the black box to ascertain the precise accident timing and cause.
