Former Ethiopian Ambassador to Korea Kim Mun-hwan, who was indicted for sexual assault, was sentenced to prison sentence after the first sentence.

The second part of the Seoul Central District Court's Criminal Appeal Appeal sentenced Kim, who was indicted on charges of committing adultery, to one year of imprisonment.

Kim was handed over to the court on charges of sexual harassment of two other women by having sex with subordinates who had a business relationship using his position.

Former Ambassador to South Korea Kim denied the allegations, saying, "Sexual intercourse was done by consensus and physical contact was made, such as kneeling on the backs of two women or shoulders."

Earlier, the first judge judged innocence on the basis of lack of evidence for only one offense, and sentenced him to a prison sentence and arrested him for the rest of the charges.

The second trial court also saw that the first judgment was correct.

"The victim was under the command and supervision of the defendant, not only by the relevant laws and the first judgments, but also by the rule of law," he said. "The position of the Ethiopian ambassador can have a tremendous impact in the region."

"The defendant who worked in the Ministry for more than 30 years would have been well aware of the"

The judge also said, "Although the defendant has lost a lot of things, the victim has lost as much as the defendant in his mental condition without his fault."
