30.56 was only enough for a sixth place for Sophie Hansson in the semifinals of the 50 meter breaststroke.

The winner of Hansson's heat, Lara van Niekerk from South Africa, swam 29.99.

Thus, Hansson missed the final.

After the race, she resented how she finished.

- The time is reasonable.

But I am so frustrated that I made that decision with five meters left.

It would have been another arm's length.

The rest of the race felt very good, says Sophie Hansson and continues:

- I have to take with me that it felt good.

It was a terribly good time to get to the final, too bad the last ten meters did not sit.

Now a final team race awaits Hansson before the championship is summed up.

- I gather a lot of experience and hunger not to have the hundredths on the wrong side next time.

It will be great fun to finish with the other girls.
