Al-Wasl club announced the signing of Moroccan international defender Sofiane Bouftini in the first "Emperor" deal in preparation for the next season.

Bovetini has great potentials on which Al-Wasl depends to develop the performance of the defense line next season, as the Moroccan player was included in the Sunni stages of the Al-Hasani Al-Jadidi defense team in Morocco, before moving to the Al-Rajaa Al-Jadidi team.



In 2016, Bovetini joined Raja Beni Mellal and starred with the team, after which he moved to Hasna Agadir in 2017, and played with the team for four seasons, while he had his first professional experience last season by joining Al-Ahly of Qatar.



 Last season, Buffetini participated with Al-Ahly in the local league in 19 matches, scoring two goals, while receiving 3 yellow cards and a red card after receiving two consecutive warnings.
