FINA has announced that it will hold the final qualifying for the Olympic Swimming in Artistic Swimming in Barcelona, ​​Spain in June, which it had decided to abandon in Tokyo and hold it outside Japan.

According to FINA, the final qualifying for the Olympic Games will be held from June 10th to 13th in line with the upcoming World Series of Artistic Swimming in Barcelona.



The final qualifying round was originally planned at the Tokyo Aquatics Center, which will be the venue for the Tokyo Olympics, but due to postponement of the schedule and dissatisfaction with Japan's strict epidemic prevention measures, the venue and schedule were not decided, and finally 6 Adjustments were being made to hold the event outside of Japan in the month.



In addition to Japan, the host country, Russia, China, and Ukraine, which were ranked high in the world championships, will not participate in this final qualifying because they have already decided to participate in the Olympics.
