If the suspension period is 1 year or less, entering the national team must be strictly reviewed.
The "Anti-Doping Management Measures (Draft for Comment)" also links doping violations with the qualifications for participating in the National Comprehensive Games: If an athlete has a doping violation and is banned, the unit will be involved in the event (regardless of gender, the same below) Suspension for no less than 1 year; if an athlete of the same unit in the same event has 2 doping violations and is suspended during the national comprehensive sports meeting cycle, the unit will be disqualified from participating in the national comprehensive sports meeting of the event.
In addition, regarding minor athletes’ doping violations, a new article has been added: According to the “Anti-Doping Rules”, individual penalties for athletes may be appropriately reduced depending on the situation, and the responsible auxiliary personnel shall be given heavier penalties.
If a crime is constituted, it shall be transferred to the judicial organs, and criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with the law.
