Dubai Sports Council revealed in a press statement yesterday that Dubai attracted more than 120 thousand participants in several sporting events this month, by 190 thousand in the first week, and more than 30 thousand participants are expected to participate this week until next Sunday, with 21 events.
Participants are divided among audiences who interact and attend sporting events, and competitors.
In the coming days, Dubai will witness the organization of the Dubai International Crossfit Championship, the World Speed Boat Championship (X Cat), (Dubai Women Triathlon), the Men's Cricket World Cup, the West Asian Tennis Championship for the 13 years, and the experimental round of the World Cup for Mountain Bikes.
On the other hand, in the first week, the Emirates Airline for the Dubai Rugby Sevens, Dubai International Rhythmic Gymnastics, Dubai International Body Building and Fitness Exhibition, Fitness Award (Fit Word), and the X Water Swimming Championships were held.
Dubai Sports Council said that 100 players will participate in the "Crossfit" championship, accompanied by more than 800 people between an administrator, coach, technician and referee belonging to 35 countries, and the tournament will be held in several places in Dubai, and will conclude this 14th.
