According to him, the application will be formed at the end of the month.
The winners of the UEFA Champions League and Europa League play in the UEFA Super Cup match. The current owner of the trophy is the English Liverpool.
Earlier, the mayor of Kazan announced his intention to hold the match for the UEFA Super Cup in 2023.
