Saijo Bypass Kokufutsu IC-Hakoneguchi IC Closed on October 15 10:15
The “Nishikan Bypass” connecting Otsuchi Town and Odawara City in Kanagawa Prefecture was closed due to the influence of Typhoon No. 19, but cars can now pass between Kunifu IC and Hakoneguchi IC.
