Turkey

The Russian paramilitary group Wagner allegedly tried to buy weapons from Turkey. Wagner representatives reportedly met with Turkey in early February to discuss arms deliveries to Wagner in Ukraine and Mali. It is unclear whether Turkey's government was aware of the meeting or whether the deal went ahead. Turkey has so far not commented on the data.

South Korea

The US reportedly wiretapped South Korea to find out if it wanted to send artillery ammunition to Ukraine.

South Korea says its defense chief has been in contact with his U.S. counterpart and agrees that the majority of the leaked documents are fake. South Korean authorities are investigating the information and, if deemed necessary, will ask the United States to take reasonable action, WSJ reports.

Israel

Israel's intelligence agency Mossad reportedly supported the protests against the judicial reform that Benjamin Netanyahu wants to implement, reports the Washington Post. If the information is correct, it is serious because the Mossad does not have the right to interfere in domestic political affairs. Netanyahu calls the documents false and completely unfounded.

Egypt

Egyptian President Abdel Fatah El-Sisi planned in February to produce 40,000 rakets that would be secretly sent to Russia, so as not to offend the West, according to the Washington Post.

However, U.S. security sources say the deal was not carried out. A spokesman for Egypt's foreign ministry said the country's position was to keep its distance from both sides in the war.

Iran

According to the documents, the United States appears to have information about parts of Iran's weapons activity, including information about what senior Iranian leaders discussed before Rafael Grossi, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, was to visit the country. Other documents describe Iran's preparations for a new space rocket and a satellite.

China

The documents on China include information about missile tests, details about Chinese warships and a rocket launch, according to the Washington Post briefing. There are also assessments of China's willingness to assist Russia and that China could be drawn into the war on the Russian side if NATO weapons are used by Ukraine to attack Russian targets.

Europe

One document suggests that NATO countries such as France, Britain, Latvia and the United States have an active special forces force in Ukraine of under 100 troops. France's defense ministry denies the allegations.

"There are no French troops in Ukraine. The documents do not come from the French army. We do not comment on information that is so uncertain," spokesperson Sébastien Lecornu said.

About Hungary and Viktor Orbán, it says that during a meeting he mentioned the United States as one of his "top three opponents", which according to the report is an "escalation of his anti-American rhetoric".

Ukraine

Many of the documents contain very detailed information about Ukraine's planned spring offensive, about brigades and about combat vehicles.

Other documents reveal how the US intercepted communications between Ukrainian President Zelenskyy and the Ukrainian military leadership about planned drone strikes against targets inside Russian territory.
