“We express our condolences to the families of the victims and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded,” the diplomatic mission said in a statement.
The diplomats also wished all Turkish citizens to survive the natural disaster with minimal damage.
Earlier it was reported that at least 51 people died as a result of powerful earthquakes in the south-east of Turkey.
Turkey has declared the highest level of alarm due to earthquakes.
There were no appeals from Russian citizens in connection with the earthquake in southeastern Turkey.
