The Russian Ministry of Culture announced the cancellation of upcoming public and entertainment events. The ministry expressed condolences to the families and friends of those killed and injured in the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall.
At least 40 people died as a result of the terror attack. More than 100 people were injured, the Russian FSB reports. The Russian Guard and departments of the department in Moscow and the Moscow region are at the scene of theterrorist attack in Crocus city hall in Moscow region. The attack took place at around 2:30 p.m. local time (9:30 a.m., ET)
