“On the Belarusian-Ukrainian section of the border ... the Ukrainian side began to build stationary fences, concrete, in some ways copying their colleagues from Poland and Lithuania,” RIA Novosti quoted Lyubkin as saying on the STV channel.
He noted that this activity is expensive, then the barriers will need to be maintained.
“In the current situation, this is simply useless for Ukraine,” Lyubkin said.
